In various types of toenail diseases black toenails is very common. You can find a sudden change in your nail color due to fungus attack or fungus infection in your nail bed. The primary texture of the nails will be yellow. This change of color will make you alert that your nail and toe is not all right at all, and fungal infection has already attacked on it.
Poor health and insufficient nutrition can also be the reason of black toenails. It can be a genetic problem also. Sometimes, in family every person has to face toe infection periodically. To prevent this type of problem you have to know about the remedy of black toenail treatment. There are various types of toenail home remedy available in the market.
To start the treatment you need to find out the main problem of your toe and if the reason is fungal infection then you can follow the below instruction which can help you a lot. At first, you have to collect some stuffs like- nail clipper, nail cleanser, antiseptic, cotton swabs etc. You have to wash the nail clipper in soap and then apply antiseptic to kill the germs from it. Then you can start treatment against fungus infections.
The first step is to bathe your infected leg into half gallon of warm water. The warm water must be mixed with 2 table spoons of detergent powder. Your powder must be gentle as your leg can absorb it without hurting. Keep your feet on it for 15 minutes. This same process can be applied when you have the problem of ingrown toe nails.
Now you have to cut the nail directly with the help of nail clipper. Then, clean the fragmented part of the nail through nail file and after cleaning you can wipe out it with curl of cotton. In this way, the whole nail will be cleaned properly and no blood secretion will go off. In growing toenail can also be cut in this way. You can apply cleanser when cleansing with cotton.
Now you need to make plaster of 40 percent Salicylic Acid and have to give shape and size matching with the fungus infected nail. After completing, you need to apply the plaster and make a bandage over the nail. This bandage can protect your nail from other external bacteria and keep inside clean. Your main task is not to let it wet for minimum 2 days. In this process toe infection can be removed from your toenail.
Now wash your nail brush with antiseptic and use it in peeling nail fragments as you do. Apply this brush while you are going to remove the plaster from your nail. After removing clean the whole area with warm water mixing some soap with it. Later you have to apply antiseptic on your nail. Antiseptic solution can wipe out all the fungus on skin. After applying this treatment, no more black toenails will remain in your toe.
