Prepare a paste from half cut nutmeg and rose water or even you can make this paste with boiled water. Apply this paste as a face pack on the affected area. After 2-3 hours when the pack dries up, wash it off with cold water. It is an effective remedy. Besides these remedies it is necessary to follow healthy and balance diet.
