Is mineral oil good for your skin?
Mineral oil is in many lotions and facial creams. I’ve heard that mineral oil actually TAKES moisture from your skin… But if that’s the case, why is it in so many Skin Care products?
I’m using a hand lotion with mineral oil. My hands are severely dry, chapped, and cracking. They have even started bleeding today.
Here is the best way I have found so most understand what mineral oil does to there skin!
It like sran-wrap! It does not let anything in or out! Companies use it because it very cheap filler! In Europe mineral oil is BAND from all there products! I use to have very very dry scaly skin. I have been using Arbonne (totally mineral oil free company!) for 2 years now and my skin always soft and never dry even if I forget to put lotion on that day! Cutting mineral oil out has been the best thing I have done!
If your hands are cracked and bleed find a lotion that does not have mineral oil in it and see the difference!
One more thing Google mineral oil and see what it’s mad of, that made me sick that I was placing that on my skin!
